Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test drives, showcasing the features and benefits of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Mercedes-Benz models and technologies to effectively meet customer needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
