Monday to Friday - 40 hours Location: HMP Holme House, Stockton on Tees, Middlesbrough - TS18 2QU PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position. No two days on our HMPPS contract are the same! As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play an integral role in the prisoners' lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? Responsible for the management of the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation (based on-site at the prison) Line management of the Warehouse Supervisor and Team Leaders and overall supervision of the prisoners whilst they are at work Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety as well as prison rules and regulations Staff training and inductions Meeting and exceeding operational targets WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
