As our Product Manager, you'll be accountable for the development and delivery of a solution to the higher education sector through the rapid development of digital applications, products, and platforms. You will balance market requirements with the technical strategy and delivery capacity. You will be happy to take the lead in developing and ensuring the development meets the roadmap and you will excel at providing evidence-based value to customers and end users. You will work collaboratively within the Product Chapter to inform, guide thinking, and develop clear plans on Agile projects to ensure requirements for improvement are translated into appropriate plans with time and costs and prioritise development activities. The Digital Product chapter enables the University to achieve the right outcomes targeted at improving the user experience and increasing revenue through: Product expertise:

Taking ownership of our digital experiences, using data to inform priorities and championing great user experience. People expertise:

Demonstrating collaboration and leadership at all levels of the organisation by understanding the needs of stakeholders and users, translating these into clear deliverables and defining a vision and roadmap to guide the direction of the product. Process expertise:

Previous working experience of product management, product ownership and product development from inception to market delivery. Someone who is not afraid to bring new ideas to the table and who wants to make a massive positive impact on the future of education. Stakeholder management is everything in this role so you need the ability to break down barriers and build lasting relationships. An interest in deeply understanding the markets in which we operate and competitor solutions. Agile mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
