Temping Nursery Assistants

to join our team in the Aylesbury area. This is an exciting opportunity to work flexibly across various nursery settings, supporting children’s early development and providing high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the daily operations of nursery settings, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Support children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities, play, and education. Work collaboratively with nursery staff to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Ensure the welfare and safety of children at all times, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures. Assist with personal care routines, including feeding, changing, and hygiene when necessary. Maintain a tidy and organized environment to promote health and safety. Requirements: Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential). A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different settings with short notice. A valid DBS certificate or willingness to undergo a DBS check.
