The Role: As part of a team of Duty Supervisors, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day supervision and operations of our sports facilities at the University of Portsmouth. You will be accountable for supervising an on-shift operational team and ensuring that the provision of safe, clean, and working facilities are available to our customers. The post holder will be required to have a sound operational knowledge and experience of swimming pools, including basic pool plant operations. The working pattern for this role is full-time across a 4-week rota. Please see the further information document attached for the full rota and check your availability before applying.
