The successful candidate will act as the psychology workforce lead from within the Psychology Training and Education team, contributing to the development of strategy, governance, and implementation of workforce development initiatives for Psychological Professionals (both pre and post-qualified) across the Trust. They will require excellent communication and organisational skills and enjoy service development, demonstrating an ability to oversee and deliver on several ongoing projects at the same time. They will work closely with other senior staff including the Director of Psychological Therapies, the Divisional Heads of Psychology, and the Head of Training and Education for Psychological Therapies.
They will take a significant role in shaping our training and CPD programme and supporting services to develop high-quality training placements. They will be passionate about equality, diversity, and inclusion and lead on initiatives to support widening access to staff from underrepresented backgrounds.
