The Webber Nursery is expanding! - Join us in 2025 Job description Due to our expanding Nursery, we are looking for an experienced Nursery Room Leader to lead the practice and guide one of our Rooms. Are you a passionate Early Years Teacher wanting a new challenge where you can see the hard work you put into your students flourish for years to come? As a through-school, you will be able to set the foundation for learning you will be able to follow for years! This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual looking for a new challenge. The appointed candidate will hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare, with knowledge of safeguarding and first aid. Knowledge of the EYFS is essential. You'll be a good role model to your team, providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care to the children under your supervision. The nursery is a provider of high-quality childcare and education for young children within a fun, stimulating, and safe environment, working in close partnership with parents as well as providing a differentiated framework for learning to meet children’s individual needs. £28,000 Per Annum The Webber Independent School has its own competitive pay scale. The salary will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate but will reflect the significance of the role in developing our provision as well as leading the Nursery.
