Key Responsibilities: Lead the QA team to achieve strategic quality goals in adult education. Develop and optimise QA processes, policies, and standards for adult skills courses. Collaborate with instructional staff and departments to enhance the quality of course delivery. Ensure compliance with Awarding Organisations' relevant standards and regulations in readiness for audit. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation in QA methods and resources. Analyse quality data and develop strategies for effective corrective measures. Mentor and train team members on best practices and regulatory requirements in education. Qualifications: Hold relevant QA certification, including IQA Level 4. Proven experience in a senior QA role within the education sector. Strong understanding of QA methodologies and education industry best practices. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Job Type:
