ICS Business Analytics Team Mission is to enable fast decision making and insight driven strategy through comprehensive performance tracking assets and clear strategic insights, advocating for a single source of truth across ICS. This team is core to ICS, with a primary function of driving performance analytics for consumer & SBS businesses across our international markets. How will you make an impact in this role?

The Manager will own the analytics and insights for prospect acquisition and drive usage of analytics in all of our International markets. This position will work closely with Acquisition CoE, local marketing teams and partner with Finance, Risk and other analytics teams within Amex to drive the growth of digital acquisition across all of our international markets. This is a high visibility, strategic role and provides exposure to ICS leadership and Intl Marketing. If you are someone with a strong acumen for marketing analytics, developing data discovery driven insights and love working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. Responsibilities include:

Lead the design, development and implementation of new standardized analytics products focused on cross-channel growth strategy. Be a thought leader in defining performance KPIs. Understand and analyze various clickstream and conversion funnel data, drawing insights that help inform the performance of the digital marketing channels. Partner with EDDS, Finance, Risk and other analytics partners to streamline acquisition reporting products with a lens of driving data accuracy and single source of truth for performance metrics. Provide custom analysis on premium products bringing in a volume, quality, and efficiency lens to inform acquisition strategy. Lead adoption of analytics products across our Intl markets through regular training and product refinement. Minimum Qualifications:

Understanding of key digital acquisition channels (majorly Media, Paid Search and MGM). Knowledge of multi-touch attribution, tag management and tagging logic. Expertise in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau. Programming skills – SQL and/or HIVE, SAS, Hadoop, Python. Strong PowerPoint skills, comfortable with creating leadership presentations. Strong project management experience across multiple stakeholders/teams. Strong relationship skills and ability to collaborate across many functional areas to drive a project to success. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on tight timelines. 4-7 years relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications:
