Your day to day tasks might include: Mentoring and coaching engineers to help them grow and excel in their roles. Collaborating with users and conducting user research to deeply understand their needs and ensure our solutions are impactful. Driving innovation by scaling Pharmlogic's existing products and spearheading the development of new, groundbreaking solutions. Ensuring teams are effectively resourced and skilled, facilitating smooth delivery of roadmap objectives. Shaping the future of our infrastructure by influencing technical product decisions across the organization. Playing a key role in hiring and refining hiring processes to attract and develop top-tier talent. Promoting transparency and alignment by clearly communicating company-wide updates and changes. Team Collaboration : Skilled in fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and building a positive engineering culture. Impact-Driven : A track record of delivering impactful projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Package Details: £44,000 - £52,000 salary. Your actual salary will be decided based on experience and suitability for the role. You will work from our offices in Surrey for at least 3-5 days a week. You will have an annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) budget.
