Role Objective

We are looking for a core member of the Majesticks GC team, a sports franchise within the LIV Golf League. The candidate will be fully integrated into all facets of the business with a particular focus on Sponsorship & Partnership Management as well as Event Project Management. Reporting into the Team Principal of Majesticks GC, this exciting role will encompass working with the leadership team internally whilst managing relationships with key external stakeholders, including existing & prospective commercial partners, LIV Golf executives, and tournament operation teams. Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have overseen a period of growth within their current or previous role and possess strong creative skills. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to work with people around the world. Key responsibilities include: Implementation of corporate partnership strategies Conduct activation and planning meetings with clients and lead regular calls Assist with the development, implementation and execution of sponsor rights and benefits Maximize value of current assets and ensure we are meeting partnership objectives Implement, activate, and track all assigned partner assets Provide strategic oversight of contractual assets Ownership of Majesticks GC hosting program Liaise with LIV Golf League stakeholders to manage hospitality build and guest experiences Work closely with various internal departments to ensure specific outcomes are met Fiscally responsible for the day-to-day management of program budgets Oversee creative approval of all partner assets Create monthly, mid-season, and end-of-season sponsorship updates for clients Analyse and track partnership performances Create annual stakeholder satisfaction report Connect with the appropriate departments for coordination of logistics Keep Salesforce CRM system up to date Other duties as assigned Requirements

5+ years' experience in sports partnership management Experience managing global partnerships and the execution of activation programs Creative strategist with the ability to provide solutions Strong background in strategic brand and partnership management Strong understanding of sports and entertainment sponsorships High-level commitment to quality work and organizational ethics Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours Knowledge of Professional Golf (preferred) Previous experience working with professional athletes (preferred) Rewards and Franchise Information
