Graduate GTP/Full-Time Analyst Your role 2025 Graduate Talent Program - Global Banking - Private Funds Group - London Interested in working in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Graduate Talent Program within our Global Banking business. You’ll get to: Be involved in the origination and execution of our mandates and also provide distribution and general marketing support across the verticals. Support the team’s origination efforts across the verticals, contributing to pitch presentations and gaining an understanding of market trends and participants. Primary Fundraising: working closely with our GP clients throughout a fundraise process from preparation through to final closing. Liquidity / Strategic Solutions: be involved in restructuring funds and assisting institutional investors seeking to liquidate or monetize their holdings. Real Estate: gain insight into fundraising, advisory, restructuring and recapitalization assignments across a broad range of real estate market sub-segments. Your team You’ll be working in our Global Banking Private Funds Group business based in London. In this role, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the primary and secondary fundraising markets as well as the real estate sector. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters including primary capital raises and secondary market solutions. Your expertise We’re looking for a candidate who: Is graduating between September 2023 and September 2025. Has or is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree. Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative. Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills. Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
