They are now looking to bring in a Construction recruiter to help build out the sector further from their Reading office. The role will deal with temporary Trades & Labour hires for various companies in particular locations and is an industry that will experience an expected boom in the next few years. Now is a good time to join!
You will be given all the tools required to make this venture a successful one, including an advertising budget and appropriate job board access.
What Is The Job?
You will be responsible for mapping the market for potential clients and candidates to help within the industry. You will also need to have your finger on the pulse for industry news, trends and latest updates. The company already has a database of candidates and some clients, as well as a lot of dormant leads to pursue from day one. So Business Development skills are a must.
You will also be expected to fulfil compliance/rights-to-work checks on all candidates before they start.
So, What Skills Do I Need?
Minimum 3 years experience in Recruitment - preferably in an agency Construction sector knowledge Ability to obtain own clients Candidate sourcing Launching hiring campaigns Effective communication with the team Screening candidates Arranging interviews Providing feedback Advert writing A UK Drivers license Bonus:
2 years experience with the Construction Recruitment Sector
