We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on High End Residential projects in Super Prime London.
Projects include a £12m strip out and fit out of a 4-storey house in Belgravia with a basement dig and luxury finish, and a £4m fit out of a grade listed apartment in Knightsbridge.
As the Senior QS, you will work on multiple projects with an Assistant reporting to you, while also reporting to the Commercial Director. This position is based in the office with site visits as required.
Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 + Package.
Past experience working on High End Residential projects in London is required.
