As a Divisional Ophthalmic Business Partner, you will be the essential link between clinical standards and commercial goals, supporting divisional and regional leaders, and mentoring eye care professionals. Collaborate with divisional and regional leaders to set clinical standards that drive outstanding patient care and business growth. Your leadership will inspire excellence in every store. Project delivery:

Lead and execute complex, high-impact projects from start to finish, ensuring our business remains at the forefront of the optical industry. Training & Development:

Coach and develop eye care professionals to perform at their peak, maximizing their clinical skills and elevating their commercial awareness. Performance & Compliance:

Set and uphold rigorous clinical standards, ensuring compliance and creating a culture of accountability and high performance across the division. Customer Experience Excellence:

Support store teams in delivering exceptional service at every stage of the patient journey, enhancing our brand’s reputation as a leader in customer care. What You’ll Bring:

Clinical & Commercial Savvy:

You’re GOC registered with a minimum of 3 years in a clinical leadership role, and you understand the balance between high-quality care and business performance. Strategic Thinking & Project Mastery:

Your experience includes leading complex projects, and you bring innovative solutions and strategic insight to everything you do. Engagement & Influence:

You can communicate effectively across all levels, coach senior managers, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results. Resilience & Adaptability:

Who is the perfect candidate?

Strong clinical and commercial awareness, with a proven ability to balance clinical excellence with business objectives. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a clinical or commercial setting. Proven ability to influence and coach senior managers and clinical teams, driving performance improvements. Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels. Ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing priorities, and navigate challenging situations. GOC registered and fully qualified, meeting all professional requirements for continuous education. A strategic thinker with a strong sense of commercial acumen. Results-driven, with a commitment to achieving high standards in clinical care and customer satisfaction. A collaborative and supportive leader who can foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Empathetic, trustworthy, and capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
