We are currently recruiting a Contract Planner based within the Glasgow office. Suitable candidates should be PC literate and conversant with packages such as Microsoft Word & Excel. The ability to communicate effectively coupled with an excellent telephone manner is also desirable. Key accountabilities: Raising, monitoring and recording of all purchase and hire orders and investigation of invoice queries where required. Raising quotes for parts & equipment hire. Manage open work orders. Plan all new and outstanding works for both fabric and electrical technicians. Drive SLAs / KPIs and ensure targets are achieved. Ensure productivity of technicians is maximised as per contractual targets. Assist PPM planner to arrange all compliance SLAs are achieved. Liaise with sub-contractors to manage open work orders to ensure job completion within agreed timescales & ensure systems are updated. Liaison with parts suppliers and notification of delivery issues to the FM teams. Manage equipment deliveries, returns and replacements. Managing & reporting on dashboard tiles. The Company
