As the critical link that binds finance to the entire senior management team, you need to be a good communicator and understand the entire business, not just the ins and outs of your own department. Your role is to make sure that the implications of your reports are clear and that each department understands how its contribution impacts the overall company strategy and goals. The numbers that you report must relate directly to improving performance and delivering objectives. About the Responsibilities:
Joining as Financial Controller, you will be reporting into the FC, Group FD, CFO & Directors and responsible for: Financial reporting; monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Management of the finance function and day-to-day operations Maintain cash flow forecast Foreign exchange management and hedging requirements Provide support in the implementation of new ERP system Oversight of payroll Provide financial support to other parts of the business when needed Liaising with key stakeholders and financial reporting About the Applicant:
As the successful applicant, you will: Ideally be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Have 2+ years PQE Experience working within the construction industry or ideal first role if you have qualified with a Top 20 firm and are looking for your first industry role Have strong commercial acumen Proven track record of impact to business Management Accountant/Finance Manager experience About the Benefits: Competitive salary
