Repairs Supervisor
to cover a team of high performing repairs operatives to deliver high standards of work quality and efficient use of materials. To undertake a range of complex diagnostics and coordinate multi-trade repair projects for repairs affecting multiple properties such as major leaks, demonstrating proficient level skills and experience across a range of trades: carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plastering, and tiling. Responsibilities include carrying out toolbox talks and one-to-ones with operatives, conducting pre and post inspections on tenanted properties, and managing the void team to ensure voids are delivered within the time scale. Attending evening TA meetings and ensuring responsiveness to internal and external customer needs while ensuring compliance with health and safety rules and regulations in all work activities. Minimum Requirements: Extensive experience in social housing with a trade background. DBS check required. This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
