To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all.

With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!

Your Role: Pride in London seeks a Deputy Director of Partnerships & Growth. This role requires a strategic, commercial thinker with strong relationship-building skills. Working with the Director, you'll manage income streams including sponsorship, licensing, and fundraising to ensure organizational growth and sustainability.

As the Deputy Director of Partnerships & Growth, you will be responsible for:

Managing commercial partnerships: Public facing role, leading partnership development, increasing income streams, building and fostering long-term relationships Managing the commercial team, developing clear values and building relationships that reflect and support the organization's values Developing Growth Strategy; working collaboratively with the Director of Partnerships & Growth and Volunteers, helping the organization evolve and ultimately create a long-term commercial astute operating model Building Reputation; Work closely with marketing and partners to project a compelling and credible organization representation What You'll bring to Pride in London:

Previous experience working in a senior strategic and commercial role Experience in preparing and overseeing commercial proposals Previous success in identifying brand and corporate partnerships and managing the engagement process from prospecting through to contract execution Experience of managing budgets and financial information Excellent organizational and analytical skills A track record in delivering strategic partnerships with tangible demonstration of growth results A genuine commitment to LGBTQ+ issues, equality, diversity, accessibility, and inclusion What you’ll get joining Pride in London:
