ReRoot Cyber is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking senior penetration tester to join one of the UK’s most respected testing teams. They are an impressive technical team with a genuinely collaborative culture who have the full backing from management to deliver nothing but value-added testing. Most of your time will be spent on advanced testing and large-scale engagements that give you the opportunity to collaborate with wider technologists (engineers, developers, and blue teamers). We want to hear from those who have ideas and are eager to contribute to and improve both existing and new service lines. If you thrive on bringing ideas to life, creating bespoke tools, and adding true value to your clients, then this is the penetration testing team for you. This is a home-based position with very limited travel.

Full right to work in the UK is required. What You'll Do: Deliver advanced penetration tests across varying environments (web app, inf, cloud). Play a key role in new and existing service line development. Collaborate with a team of brilliant minds to contribute to in-house testing methodologies. Stay ahead of emerging threats and continuously sharpen your skills. Continuously attain industry-recognised certifications (with support, of course). Play a part in the mentoring (not management) of junior penetration testers. Assist in Pre-Sales activities, including scoping. What We're Looking For: 4 years of commercial penetration testing experience. An excellent knowledge of web application technologies. Cloud assessment experience and an enthusiasm for cloud security (highly desirable). A good understanding of network protocols and systems architectures. An enthusiasm for value-added testing services. Genuine problem solvers. A desire to continuously learn about new technologies and security implications. If you’re ready for your next career move and want to make a real impact in the service provided to clients, we want to hear from you. Apply now or get in touch on
