projects. You will collaborate with high-profile clients, managing and delivering exceptional work across various sectors. Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, you’ll drive creative excellence, shaping spaces that exceed client expectations.
About the Role:
As the
Design Director , you will oversee the studio’s 3D built environment work, ensuring alignment with business and brand strategies while nurturing long-term client relationships. You’ll spearhead the creative direction and execution of world-class projects for blue-chip clients, particularly in
interior, exhibition, experiential, and installation design .
Role Responsibilities:
Creative Direction:
Lead the studio’s creative output across 3D built environment projects, ensuring innovation and excellence. Client Management:
Professionally present creative ideas to clients, consistently exceeding their expectations. Strategy Alignment:
Collaborate with the Strategy Director to align creative work with business, brand, and audience objectives. New Business Development:
Participate in new business pitches, developing project proposals and identifying new opportunities. Team Leadership:
Mentor and coach creative talent, fostering personal growth and ensuring successful project outcomes. Project Management:
Oversee multiple projects, managing deadlines, budgets, and resources to deliver outstanding results. Industry Expertise:
Stay updated on design trends, continually exploring new opportunities to grow the agency’s expertise. Skills and Experience Required: Design Expertise:
Proven experience in delivering top-tier work across 3D built environments, including interior, exhibition, and experiential design. Leadership:
Strong leadership skills with a passion for guiding creative teams and ensuring their success. Client Relations:
Skilled in building and maintaining long-term client relationships through innovative, high-quality work. Presentation Skills:
Confident and polished in delivering presentations to both internal and external audiences. Team Development:
Committed to mentoring and developing the creative team to achieve their personal and project goals. Problem-Solving:
