Business Development Lead & Sports Educator

to drive growth and build strategic partnerships, contributing to our mission of transforming physical education for the better. Position Summary: The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth across target markets. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, sales acumen, and partnership management to expand our reach and impact within the education and sports sectors. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue and market share growth. Identify new market opportunities, including partnerships with schools, sports organizations, government bodies, and corporate sponsors. Analyze industry trends and customer needs to refine value propositions and service offerings. Sales and Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools, districts, and community organizations. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company as a thought leader in physical education, advocating for the importance of quality programs in schools and communities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. Experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the education, sports, or health industries. Strong understanding of the physical education sector, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
