TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a highly recognised property firm in Central Cardiff who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Manager / Solicitor ( No-case handling) to join their growing Cardiff property team.
The Role & Responsibilities:
· Supervising a team running full caseloads.
· Managing a team with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include: Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchases; Transfers of Equity; re-mortgages; new builds; buy to let.
· Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.
Requirements
Preferably 7 plus years PQE
Supervising a team of conveyancers / case handlers
Have a strong technical proficiency
Be committed to high levels of client care and communication
Have excellent organisational and communication skills
Be able to deal with complex matters
Oversee all Cardiff team members
