As HR Manager, you will be integral to fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture in line with our high standards of hospitality. Hospitality experience is essential for this role. What You'll Do: Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Seaton House and Valor Hospitality. Lead on employee relations on property. Work with the management team to manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes (using Teamtailor). Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance (using Karero). Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management supported by the Employee Relations Manager. What We're Looking For: Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive. People-oriented and results-driven. Knowledge of HR systems and databases (EPS, Karero, Teamtailor, Workvivo). Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Why Join Seaton House?
