Domino’s Channel Development Learning Centre is seeking a dynamic Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training initiatives that support our cutting-edge coding and marking technologies and solutions. This role is pivotal to achieving our vision of providing world-class training to our global network of subsidiaries, distributors, and customers, ensuring they gain maximum benefit from Domino’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Design and Delivery: Construct and maintain comprehensive training materials for Domino Products and Solutions, covering basic to advanced levels. Deliver training globally, ensuring objectives are met and quality exceeds expectations. Manage and deliver both practical and theoretical sessions, tailored to meet customer training needs. Training Administration:

Organize and coordinate training logistics, including venues, equipment, and personnel allocation. Prepare and maintain all necessary equipment and materials to ensure training delivery is effective and seamless. Demonstrate strong time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Content and Innovation:

Continuously evaluate and update training materials, incorporating product changes, enhancements, and feedback. Introduce innovative training methods and identify opportunities to promote “Best Practices” for end customers. Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure content is accurate, current, and impactful. Evaluation and Feedback:

Use standardized evaluation forms to measure training effectiveness and gather feedback. Act on feedback and share insights with relevant channels or customers. Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all training activities align with Domino policies and statutory requirements, particularly health and safety. Maintain safe working practices and promote a culture of safety within your area of responsibility. Continuous Development:

Stay up to date with the latest product developments and industry trends to enhance your expertise. Actively participate in projects impacting training materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, both theoretical and practical. Strong organizational skills to manage logistics, materials, and multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences across diverse cultures. Proactive attitude with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Familiarity with coding and marking technologies or similar industrial solutions is advantageous but not essential. A commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance.
