Due to continued growth, we are currently expanding our Contracts Management Team. This position is based at our Head Office, Portadown, Co. Armagh and only requires

limited

travel to site, i.e. 1-2 days per week/fortnight depending on project needs. Your role as a Contracts Manager:

Lead a number of projects at any one time. Liaise with Clients, Site Manager’s, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure successful delivery of projects. Develop & implement schedule of works from start to completion. Organise & co-ordinate all project requirements e.g. materials, resources, logistics etc. Deliver all projects on time, within budget and of exceptional quality. Identify subcontractors, as necessary. Provide regular progress updates and reports to management. Ensure compliance of all necessary Health and Safety requirements. To succeed in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role preferably from a joinery manufacturing environment. A successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and of excellent quality. Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team. Possess a proactive & innovative approach with the ability to problem solve issues. Flexibility to travel to site (mainland UK) as and when required which may be 1 day per week/fortnight depending on project requirements.
