£27,785.00 - £30,275 (plus £44.56 per sleep in) Homes2Inspire are looking for a Senior Support Worker for their children's residential home in Bicester, Oxfordshire. As a Senior Support Worker, you will support the management team with directing roles and responsibilities to support workers and ensuring the monitoring of children and young people’s behaviour, safety, and well-being. Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others are vital! As a shift leader, you will be someone who leads by example, upholds standards, and ensures that the safeguarding of children and young people underpins all decisions made.
