About us Clearwell Mobility is a family run business established in 2004. The company ethos is service driven, and we aim to provide exceptional support for our elderly and disabled customers. We are looking for a full time Customer Support Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to our Service & Adaptations Department based in Burgess Hill. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer servicing and sales, responding to customer enquiries, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be detail-oriented. Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with our charity and retail customers, handling enquiries either by phone or email in a timely manner. Assist with the booking of appointments for home visits to customers. Generate quotes as required for Engineering, Adaptations and Charity customers, including Motability. Generate invoices for Engineering and Adaptations activities. Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently. Organise the return of warranty parts to manufacturers and gaining credit. Maintain customer service records and arrange annual servicing. Maintain safety files for each manufacturer and communicate with engineers. Provide overall administrative service support to the Adaptations and Engineering teams. Skills Needed

Good communication skills - written, listening and verbal. Able to prioritise and manage own workload and take ownership of tasks. Numerate. Self-motivated and organised. Able to build rapport and empathise; friendly and approachable. IT literate, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Job Types:
