Health, Medical and related We are currently recruiting candidates for a Care Support Worker position for our client CWP NHS Trust based in Chester, Cheshire. Job Description Job Duties: Providing assistance and support to individuals with their daily personal care needs Assisting with medication administration as per individual care plans Supporting individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment Engaging in activities that promote physical and mental well-being of the individuals Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and family members

Required Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Valid DBS check Basic first aid training

Education: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience: Prior experience working in a care setting is preferred Experience in supporting individuals with mental health conditions is advantageous

Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of person-centred care approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team setting Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care Mental Health First Aid certification

Working Conditions: Full-time position with varying shifts including weekends and evenings Exposure to individuals with diverse medical and mental health conditions Physical demands including lifting and assisting individuals with mobility
