Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse
- Based in North Tees and Hartlepool community working across the area.
Supporting patients post cardiac event, providing education and guidance on lifestyle behaviours. Leading on and participating in Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise classes and carrying out required exercise assessments.
