Immediate Patient Care:
Assess, prioritize, and provide timely treatment to patients in emergency situations. Clinical Excellence:
Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide interventions in line with evidence-based practices. Collaboration:
Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Crisis Management:
Respond to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions with confidence and competence. Documentation:
Accurately document assessments, care plans, and interventions in patient records. Compliance:
Follow all hospital protocols, policies, and standards, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality. Requirements Qualifications:
Active NMC registration. Experience:
Minimum 6 months recent experience working in an A&E or similar acute care setting. Skills: Strong clinical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Resilience and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Compliance: Current DBS check. Right to work in the UK. Up-to-date immunizations and occupational health clearance.
