About The Role We are now looking for exceptional people to join our team of dedicated Home Care Support Workers to help our clients with domestic assistance, meal preparation, shopping assistance, companionship, outings and appointments, personal care, and social support. We Can Offer You Ongoing shifts, across Perth Flexible Work Hours to suit your lifestyle, studies, and availability Direct access to a supportive office team to help you with any unforeseen or difficult situations Easy access to all relevant client information on your mobile phone On-the-job training and buddy shifts to the right applicant Competitive rates & weekly pay We Are Looking for Someone Who Is reliable, motivated and flexible Shares our values of caring with understanding, kindness, and respect Can work with people who have varying needs Can follow individual service and healthcare plans Can communicate effectively with clients, their carers, and families Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Current National Police Clearance Full COVID and Flu Vaccinations Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable car with comprehensive car insurance Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Care Current Manual Handling and Medication Certificates NDIS Clearance Previous community experience providing one-on-one support to individuals in their own home Our clients are some of the most vulnerable in the community so above all we are looking for people who are able to listen to them, to make them feel safe, to show understanding and empathy as well as provide the highest level of care with kindness and respect.
