Senior Lettings Manager

Senior Lettings Manager required for our client located in Dartford, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Senior Lettings Manager will work closely with their team, downloading new properties that they have brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential tenants. The Senior Lettings Manager will ideally have prior experience in real estate and sale with knowledge of the current market conditions with a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and lets. Senior Lettings Manager Remuneration • Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for a fixed period of time) • On Target Earnings: £50,000 – £60,000 (Uncapped) • Car Allowance or Company Car • 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) • Holiday Commission • 33 days paid Holiday + an extra day off for your birthday • Pension contribution • Life Insurance • Company Rewards and Incentives • Paid entry fees for charitable events • Full package discussed at interview stage Senior Lettings Manager requirements • Previous experience in a real estate with lettings • Minimum of 6 Months prior managerial experience in a similar role • A full driving license • Great customer service and leadership skills • Strong work ethic
