Our clients and industry bodies are becoming increasingly upskilled in fire safety systems, compliance and regulation and as a result, are now engaging more heavily with businesses such as CLM to ensure specialism and compliance. We are now looking for a Contracts Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As our Contracts Manager, you will support the operational delivery of our fireproofing projects. Assisting with the management of contracts and legal documents, you will work alongside our Commercial Team to monitor the financial aspects and ensure any issues which arise are efficiently resolved or escalated. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, health, safety, environmental and quality compliance.

About You

To be considered as a Contracts Manager, you will need: Proven experience in managing delivery projects, within the passive fireproofing industry Demonstrable experience of working under pressure to deadlines and managing priorities Good working knowledge of contract conditions, regulations and risk management Strong capability of planning, prioritising and meeting deadlines The closing date for this role is 23rd January 2025. First stage interviews will be held on the w/c 27th January 2025. Other organisations may call this role Senior Fire Safety Engineer, Construction Project Manager, Engineering Project Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Engineering Manager.
