Develop and mentor a bright and engaged FP&A and Commercial Finance Team. Set up and build a world-class KPI and dashboard strategy. Lead the FP&A function, fostering a reputation for exceptional insights and business partnering. Drive and own a best-in-class planning and forecasting function. Manage all strategic planning, budgets, and analysis. Continually use commercial finance to drive strategic improvements and growth. Demonstrate a passion for BI reporting tools and systems. Deliver best-in-class forecasting, reporting, and growth strategies. Develop and deliver quarterly P&L plans and analysis. Design and implement new planning processes for the business, ensuring consistency, automation, and repeatability. Lead weekly operational finance reporting meetings with key stakeholders, holding the business accountable for financial performance. Contribute to weekly business reviews, providing insights and strategies for improving sales and profitability. Maintain a strong accounting and reporting foundation. Show a passion for asking great questions and turning data into actionable decision-making information. Present and influence at the board level. Directly support the leadership team, including the CEO, COO, CFO, and CMO. Your Profile:

Do you have large company B2B experience? Complicated / Matrix Structure Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent). A strong FP&A and Commercial Finance background. A fast-tracked and progressive career to date. A commercial mindset and innovative thinker. Compensation:
