£70k plus package NHBC Award Winning Site Manager required for the region's busiest Residential Developer. You will be responsible for leading a new build development of over 140 units in the South East. The company generally works on large timber frame build developments; this experience is essential. The role requires an experienced Site Manager who has worked for leading residential developers. The successful applicant will have a solid CV showing longevity with previous employers. In return, you will be rewarded with ongoing training and development, a market-leading salary, company car or car allowance, and bonus as well as other company benefits. Interested applicants must have a residential developer background, have been No2 on a large site for a number of years, and possess CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS certifications.
