We are looking for a

qualified, level 3, nursery nurse

to join our nursery. The ideal candidate must be energetic and passionate about providing the highest quality of childcare and learning experiences to children. The hours for this post are: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Shift pattern will be between 7.30 - 6pm The minimum qualification required is NVQ level 2 in childcare or an equivalent. The Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager Job Activities:

To assist in the day-to-day running of the Nursery, working in partnership with the Managers and the room leaders. Duties will include: To comply with all policies and procedures set by Woodend private day nursery within the guidelines of OFSTED requirements. To offer all children Equal Opportunities with regards to their religious persuasion, racial origins, gender, disability, culture, or linguistic background, challenging any discriminatory behaviour. To work as part of a team and to promote and follow daily routines to a high standard. To have a good understanding of child development. Produce Development Records for individual children where needed. Provide stimulating, creative, and safe play activities. Provide opportunities for children to develop through play. Provide dedicated care for children throughout the day with regard to their physical, emotional, and intellectual needs. To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the setting, including tidying away toys and equipment. To liaise with parents (working in partnership), including your involvement in Parents Evenings. To hold a cleared DBS check and two satisfactory references which will be obtained before employment. To maintain confidentiality at all times. To be punctual and reliable at all times. Job Type:
