BMSI are seeking an experienced and motivated BEMS professional to take the lead of our Projects Business in South Wales and the Southwest. Operating within the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) sector, this senior position will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results. You will report to the Director of Project Operations and ideally be located within travelling distance of our regional office in Cardiff. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Project Managers, and engineers. Foster a culture of engagement, and success, with a strong focus on individual and team welfare. Project Management:

Oversee the South Wales projects business, ensuring the successful delivery of all contracts. Manage multiple priorities effectively and ensure smooth, efficient execution. Strategic Growth:

Play a pivotal role in growing the business by collaborating with our recruitment team and developing existing talent. Your leadership will ensure sustainable growth and success for your team. Commercial Awareness:

Leverage your commercial acumen to drive profitability. Experience managing budgets and overseeing P&L is highly advantageous, helping you to identify cost-saving opportunities and maximise revenue streams. Technical Expertise:

Your knowledge of

BEMS systems

will enable you to provide technical guidance and support, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery to clients. Strong Communication:

Ensure clear and effective communication with your team, stakeholders, and clients. Your ability to listen, lead with empathy, and deliver decisive actions will be key to your success. Resilience & Decision Making:

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and sound decision-making skills, especially under pressure. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience

in a regional or managerial role within the

BEMS

or a related industry. A strong

technical background

in

BEMS . Experience managing

and developing a team. Demonstrated ability to

develop and inspire

a team to achieve high performance. Excellent

commercial awareness

with a focus on budgets, cost management, and P&L. Strong

communication

skills and the ability to engage effectively with both your team and clients. Resilient, decisive,
