The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Senior Human Resources Business Partner' should have:
A degree in Human Resources or related field.
Expertise in HR functions (recruitment, training & development, etc.)
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in strategic projects.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
