An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator / Personal Assistant to deliver operational support to the MD and leadership team. We are a well established Wealth Management company, providing financial services to both private and corporate clients. Covering a broad range of daily tasks, including but not limited to; diary management, travel arrangements, email monitoring and management and direct client administration. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide high level professional support to the MD; Diary management – scheduling client meetings, booking appointments, scheduling time for emails/calls etc; Arranging business travel, including, but not limited to, client meetings out of office, internal meetings, flights etc; Creating and updating client records and files accurately to ensure excellent client service; Using relevant internal systems, including Salesforce, Ibusiness and My Practice to make sure that client information is logged correctly; Preparing for client meetings; Liaise with third parties to make sure client cases are processed accurately and in a timely manner; Answering calls/taking messages/taking client queries; Following up client meeting actions; Management of MD's email inbox; Management of own tasks within salesforce; Produce Illustrations & payment forms (top ups etc); Assist with MD's accounting/liaise with accountant where necessary; Assist with Marketing/Events where necessary; Working with the team, assist with other advisers where necessary or when MD is on holiday etc. Person Specification: Skills and behaviours: Excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly; Excellent written communication skills; Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Good organisation skills; Strong attention to detail; Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task; Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively; Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times; Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team; Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving. Job Type: Full-time Pay: £27,000.00-£34,000.00 per year Additional pay: Yearly bonus Benefits: Company pension Flexitime Work from home Schedule: Flexitime Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
