We are currently looking to recruit experienced Health Care Assistants to support a client at home in Telford.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants with complex care experience who enjoy delivering one-to-one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our client will need assistance from an experienced care assistant that has previously dealt with tracheostomy and suctioning.

What we need from you:
Minimum of 6 months care experience
Holding a Care Certificate or prepared to complete modules with our Lead Assessor
Have a valid mandatory training certificate
Enhanced DBS, ideally on the update service
Client commitment and flexibility
Desirable: Health and Social Care Qualification (NVQ Level 2)
Desirable: Complex care experience would be beneficial along with experience dealing with challenging behaviour.
