What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Leading, training, and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food.
Maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with the management team to drive the restaurant’s success.
Creating a positive and motivating work environment in the kitchen.
Handling any kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a kitchen management role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a kitchen team.
A passion for cooking and delivering consistently great food.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-energy environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
