We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Careers Recruitment Administrator to join Fieldfisher's Early Careers Recruitment Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The HR team is responsible for the provision of a full range of HR services to the Firm (c. 1,200 UK staff), including recruitment and resourcing, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, staff wellbeing, advice on employment law issues, compliance with Law Society/statutory obligations and maintenance of e-personnel records. The Early Careers team sits as part of our Recruitment Team and this role will report into the Early Careers Manager. Key Responsibilities

Attraction and Selection: Supporting the Early Careers Coordinator with the organisation of campus recruitment event logistics, including internal and external events, booking venues and catering, and arranging travel. Supporting the Early Careers Coordinator with the organisation of vacation schemes, in-office events, and diversity & inclusion events. Supporting the content creation for social media and presentations. Pre-screening applications and administering online assessments, collating results. Diary management for phone interviews, assessment centres, and partner interviews. Supporting Early Careers Advisor with online assessment centres. Managing internal and external job postings and the candidate offer process. Assisting the team with managing the applicant-tracking system. Development: Support with the onboarding of trainees and apprentices. Support the coordination of the annual trainee and apprentice induction. Handle diary management and arrange catch-ups for the Early Careers Manager. Provide additional support for seat rotations, secondments, and the qualification process. Send documents, track responses, and file offer and sponsorship letters. General Administration: Respond to incoming queries via email and telephone. Expense processing. Book travel arrangements and room bookings. Key Skills and Experience

Previous experience working as an assistant or administrator is advantageous. Good organisation and time-management skills. Works well as part of a team. High level of attention to detail. Strong IT skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ideally, previous experience using social media in an organisational setting. Adaptable to different audiences, ensuring messaging is appropriate and effective for diverse groups. What We Offer
