Working with carriers as to delivery queries and helping organise ‘returns’ etc. Dealing with complaints in a controlled and informed manner taking ownership. Customer service excellence. Experience and proven skillset in a Customer Services role. Sympathetic and kind disposition. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Very high standard of literacy in email communications. Excellent telephone manner. Good grasp of IT, and systems. Very detailed, accurate and organised character. Benefits
Salary offered of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and skillset. Normal working hours: Monday – Friday 08.30 to 17.00 (Some variation to this could be negotiable). Company bonus scheme. Free parking. Excellent rural location in Coventry. Own transport is preferable.
