The ideal candidate will be a positive and results-driven individual with a strong focus on continuous improvement, excellent proven negotiation skills at a senior level, and international networking and sales experience. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field International sales experience in the aerospace industry is desirable Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably within a manufacturing and engineering sector Excellent negotiation and communication skills with clear verbal and written capability Strong business and commercial acumen Technical estimating skills would be advantageous Ability to think outside the box and drive proactive business strategies Experience in a pivotal role within a global business environment Benefits for
