The Assessment Team is our duty team for children’s statutory services in Stockton-on-Tees. This is a busy team, responsible for assessing all new referrals received from our multi-agency Children’s Hub, ranging from Child in Need to complex Safeguarding issues.
Candidates must have experience of completing Single Assessments within an appropriate timescale, S47 enquiries, experience of Safeguarding, attendance at ICPC and an understanding of the Public Law Outline procedure. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years Child Protection experience; therefore, please do not apply if you do not have the required experience.
