This is a demanding role and will develop over time. The job holder will play a pivotal role in helping that expansion with the provision and interpretation of high-quality accounting information. You will be joining our Finance team based in Holborn, London. Our Finance team plays a crucial role as part of our Central Services teams, providing expert support to Pinnacle’s operating businesses, ensuring they function efficiently while embracing best practice. This is a Hybrid working role with travel to our Holborn office. Key responsibilities: Support monthly close, consolidation process, parent company reporting requirements, statutory financial reporting, the annual audit process, and the annual tax compliance process. Planning timetable maintaining a list of entities Preparation of annual financial statements for single entities (28+ entities) and assisting on consolidations on CaseWare Consult with Accounts Receivable team to ensure calculation is correct and adjustment monitored Calculate the intercompany realignment and produce the journals for posting onto the Finance System Work with Operations, Legal Team & Data Analytics on all contracts to ensure our contract Revenue is correctly reported in the Financial Statements Maintain database of all leases – vehicles, property, Investment property and equipment for all Group companies Prepare monthly Corporation Tax accrual Monthly Balance Sheet Review & Reconciliations Key requirements: Accounting Qualification (ACA or ACCA) Strong technical ability Experience/knowledge of audit delivery Excellent IT skills (MS Office suite) Experience of CaseWare a distinct advantage Our Offer The more diverse our workforce, the better we can adapt to and reflect the needs of our customers.
