We’re looking for a recruitment professional with a background in main contracting, commercial, or production recruitment who’s ready to make a significant impact. In this role, you’ll specialise in contract recruitment for the white-collar sector, leveraging a warm desk with an established client base. Your focus will include: Business development to build and strengthen client relationships. Candidate sourcing to attract top-tier talent. Driving client and team success within London’s thriving construction market. The Role: As an experienced recruiter, you know what it takes to succeed. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with both candidates and clients. You’ll work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve shared goals, while being the go-to expert for white collar construction contract recruitment.
