A leading Yorkshire law firm is currently seeking a Corporate Solicitor to be based in its East Yorkshire office. Our client is predominately a commercial firm which has specialist private client capabilities too. They are highly regarded in the area and have an enviable client base consisting of many well-known national and international companies ranging from major PLCs to small private companies and charitable organisations.
The role The role will cover a full range of corporate work including but not limited to; mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate finance, joint ventures and business start-ups. Working on behalf of small private companies and multi-national corporations you will get exposure to some good quality work. This role offers great opportunities for progression
The candidate The firm have indicated that candidates who are 6+years PQE will possess the correct knowledge and skills to succeed in this role.
