As a Collections and Delivery Driver for DPD, you will play a crucial role in our operations, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass both the timely collection and delivery of parcels, as well as maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities include: ● Executing precise and punctual collections and deliveries in accordance with daily schedules. ● Representing DPD with utmost professionalism during all customer interactions. ● Efficiently managing a daily workload of approximately 50-60 stops within the designated area. ● Adhering to all safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating a 7.5 tonne vehicle. ● Participating in the loading process at the depot to ensure proper cargo arrangement. ● Utilising provided equipment, such as the sack barrowhand truck, to safely handle heavier items. ● Maintaining accurate records of all collections and deliveries. ● Promptly reporting any issues or discrepancies to the relevant supervisors. ● Ensuring the vehicle is kept in optimal condition through regular checks and maintenance reporting.

This position demands a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence in service delivery. The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding DPDs reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications: ● Valid 7.5T (C1) licence ● Driver Qualification Card (DQC) ● Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) accreditation
